From fixer-upper to fabulous
We purchased a cottage on a tiny lot that was built in the 1950s. It was in need of A LOT of work. I honestly don’t know why Aaron agreed to supervise the renovation. To say it was a major undertaking would be an understatement! He oversaw the demo while maintaining the brick perimeter of the house and added a second story. The entire interior was gutted and updated. To add to the challenge, Aaron managed to do this during the COVID-19 shutdown, which led to labor and supply shortages. With unexpected bumps along the way, he got it done. His subcontractors were top-notch and worked with us on small details that were important to us. To this day, Aaron still answers a phone call or text when a minor issue comes up.
I believe our renovation is pictured on his website and the photos of the transformation speak for themselves. We’re beyond thrilled with our home! We would highly recommend Woodhaven.

Experience exceeded all of my expectations
I recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron Eckhart of Woodhaven Homes to build my dream home, and I can honestly say that the experience exceeded all of my expectations. From the very beginning, Aaron was attentive, patient, and detail-oriented, taking the time to listen to my vision and make suggestions to ensure that the final product was exactly what I wanted.
Throughout the construction process, Aaron was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. He was proactive about communicating updates and progress, and he worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was done to the highest standards.
The finished product is absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every corner of my new home, and I know that it will be a place where my family can make many happy memories for years to come. I researched several companies before selecting Woodhaven and one of the very important requirements I had was the time to build. Our extended family enjoys spending time together and in Wisconsin our summer season on the lake is very short. I was very adamant that we don’t miss any of the good weather and gave Aaron a very tight timeline for the project. He tore down our old home on September 2nd, 2020 and met his promise to have us in the new home before May 1st, 2021!!! Many other builders quoted longer timelines and others have a reputation for missing the date. Despite the challenges that everyone faced with supply and labor shortages during that time, Aaron and his team delivered as promised!
Overall, I would highly recommend Aaron Eckhart and Woodhaven Homes to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable, and customer-focused builder. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the end result, and I am grateful for his expertise and dedication.

We are thrilled with our home remodel
We had the pleasure of working with Aaron on our home remodel project in 2021-2022. The project included replacing all of our windows, installing new flooring and trim throughout the first floor, and a full kitchen remodel. The quality of the work was exceptional, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our home now looks like a brand new build, despite being originally built in 1997.
We are thrilled with the outcome of the project and would gladly work with Aaron again for any future projects. We highly recommend his company to anyone looking for high-quality home remodeling services.

Just a quick thank you for the knowledge, expertise, and planning that you put into our new home. We appreciate how you worked with us for two years, prior to even having a contract, giving us insight and advice on how to design/build the house of our dreams on our challenging lake property. Being an electrical contractor I appreciated the exceptional workmanship, quality, and skill demonstrated by your contractors throughout the course of the project. We’ve been here now for 3 months and I still smile when I look around because I know everything was done right. We especially liked the fact that you and your architect were easy to get in contact with, to ask about any ideas, questions, or concerns we had. Whenever I brought something to your attention, you took care of it within a day or two. It was great! We still have multiple neighbors stopping by telling us how beautiful the home looks, and how it was perfectly placed on the lot. If I ever build again I will definitely use Woodhaven again.
